Beatriz Trovo’s practice is focused on corporate, capital markets and financing areas, including project finance.

For almost twenty years Beatriz has been advising on important debt restructuring transactions, securities issuance, project finance, securitization transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as on regulatory aspects related to publicly-held companies and investment funds. A debt-restructuring transaction in which she has acted has competed for the Deal of the Year award, as promoted by Latin Lawyer.

Beatriz Trovo has held prior partner position at Motta, Fernandes Rocha and Sampaio Ferraz Advogados.

Beatriz’s practice has been recognized in the last years in several rankings by the Brazilian Advogados Mais Admirados do Brasil and Advogadas Mais Admiradas do Brasil.

Beatriz holds a master degree and an LL.B. from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP). She also has a specialization degree in business economics from São Paulo School of Economics of Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV/EESP).
