João Pedro Senedesi works in the Compliance and Anticorruption areas, focusing on internal corporate investigations. His professional and academic experience in criminal law qualifies him to act in investigations involving crimes such as corruption, money laundering and bidding crimes.

João Pedro acted in relevant internal investigations by publicly-traded companies regarding violations of national and foreign anti-corruption legislation. 

Graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (Londrina), he has a postgraduate degree in Criminal Procedure and Economic Criminal Law from the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences in partnership with the University of Coimbra and he took a Law Specialization Course at the University of Salamanca (ES) with a focus on Organized Crime, Corruption and Terrorism.
