With relevant experience in several important cases, Marina Regalino’s practice is specialized in anti-corruption, focusing on corporate investigations, negotiation of resolution of corporate cases and compliance matters and compliance programs.

Marina Regalino participated in some of the most relevant Brazilian corporate investigations, including of publicly held state-owned companies. She also assisted in the design and presentation of compliance trainings for companies’ bord of directors, participated in the monitoring of the implementation of compliance programs imposed by leniency agreements with the Brazilian authorities, in addition to evaluating and suggesting improvements in companies' compliance programs. She also participated in negotiations for the inclusion of Brazilian authorities in leniency agreements and provided legal advice to companies on compliance issues.

Marina Regalino was an associate at Trench Rossi Watanabe, in cooperation with Baker Mackenzie, where she worked on investigations of large state-owned and private companies. She was also an associate at Sampaio Ferraz, where in addition to participating and coordinating corporate investigations, she also assisted in leniency agreements, trainings and compliance matters.

Marina Regalino graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, with an academic exchange at the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris - SciencesPo Paris, where she attended classes of the Master of Economic Law program. He obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Compliance at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGVLaw) and is taking a Postgraduate course in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA).
